    SHIPPING:

    Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.  If availability issues arise, we'll contact you with options.  Your credit card will only be charged once your order is picked and ready to be shipped, picked up, or installation scheduled.

    WARRANTY:

     "We guarantee our INSTALLATION SERVICES to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.  When all items being installed are purchased from us, this guarantee is extended to 2 years.  All NEW MERCHANDISE purchased from California Custom Sounds or Stereo-in-Dash is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days (excludes satellite radio & radar).  Additional manufacturers' warranties may apply."

    RETURN POLICY:

          > All returns must be NEW, UNINSTALLED CONDITION in original packaging with manuals
          > All returns must be accompanied by original sales receipt
          > Refunds will be issued for qualifying returns made within 7 days of original purchase
          > Store credit will be issued for qualifying returns within 30 days of original purchase
          > No refund or exchange after 30 days of original purchase

    Items which have been installed, used, or do not have all packaging, manuals, etc. will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and are eligible for store credit only.  Radar detectors, satellite radio, drive recorders, and portable devices can only be returned for exchange and must be new, unused condition.  Installation labor, shop materials, window tint, bulk wire, and similar consumable items cannot be returned.
